1.TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Offer is valid for 10 days from the date above.
Advance payment 50% required 50% upon delivery.
Non-refundable 50% down payment shall be deposited prior of commencing the work.
The client should be aware that the sample colors might not match the final colors.
The customer is entitled for maximum of 2 Design Concept Revisions. Any additional Design Concept Revision will be charged 1,500 AED.
Purchased items are non-refundable after approval received from client.
Client must provide assembling area if needed.
Storage for the full quantity will be provided by the client.
All communication must be made using emails to keep all conversation for future reference.
This price dedicated to the quantity mention above, in case the quantity reduced the price will be changed.
AJZAL Gift Trading LLC have the full rights to cancel/terminate the project at any time without any notification.
Delivery date of the items might differ as changes occur during the progression of the work.
Designer will cooperate with Client in editing and reviewing the Work prior to completion and launch.
Modification won’t be allowed on readymade branding/ logo/ design provided by the client.
The client is entitled to edit the design not more than two (2) times. The modification on the next draft will be submitted based on the number of changes requested by the client. Charges will be applicable on any changes/modification more than the agreed.
Urgent request will be subjected to 35%-50% increment in estimated price.
Down payment is considered as approval to the above terms and condition.
Respond to offer/quotation/design approval might affect the delivery timeline.

2.PRODUCT EXPOSURE:

Upon agreement, AJZAL Gift Trading LLC products will be featured in official Instagram page.
Products will be displayed in the office for customer viewing.
All text/photos and Advertisements of the product will be under AJZAL Gift Trading LLC supervision and all Instagram account and copy rights of all designers will be mentioned.

3.COLLABORATION:

As per project.

4 . CONFIDENTIALITY:

AJZAL Gift Trading LLC acknowledges that he/she may receive or have access to information, which relates to the Client’s past, present, or future products, vendor lists, creative works, marketing strategies, pending projects/proposals, and other proprietary information.
AJZAL Gift Trading LLC agrees to protect the confidentiality of the client proprietary information and all physical forms thereof, whether disclosed to before this Agreement is signed or afterwards..
Client cannot use the design/develop or sell the design (draft/final or physical sample) without acknowledgement and approval from AJZAL Gift Trading LLC.
During the course of this Agreement, it may be necessary for AJZAL to share proprietary information, including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential information, to you in order to complete the collaboration and production. You are obligated not share any of this proprietary information with any external entity at any time.

5. CANCELLATION:

Both parties understand that AJZAL Gift Trading LLC may cancel/terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfied by AJZAL Gift Trading LLC.
Upon written cancellation through email, Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by AJZAL Gift Trading LLC.
If Client cancels the project at any time, Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed offer/quotation or invoice.
In the event of cancellation, AJZAL Gift Trading LLC retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.

6.PAYMENT STRATIGIES:

Client must transfer 50% of the total invoice in advance and 50% upon delivery of the product.
In Collaboration Agreement, client must deposit the full amount into AJZAL Gift Trading LLC Bank account prior of each project.
AJZAL Gift Trading LLC will provide Project Plan to all teams to follow to reach the project target on time
